If you notice the heading on this page, we are calling this a Partner/Agent program. The program is designed to work as a partnership between the Title Company and the Mortgage Professional. We understand that getting your client closed and funded is your top priority, we will work with you to see that goal accomplished.
Most Agent programs are based on a complicated set of formulas to determine how
the premiums are allocated.
The Partner/Agent Program is based on a flat fee basis, you don’t need to be a calculus major to figure out costs as you are sitting down with your client filling out a Good Faith Estimate.
Most Agent programs will deliver a search report and then let you try to figure
out how to clear title issues.
The Partner/Agent program is based on the belief that you have already decided on your career path and that you don’t want to, or have the time to, become a title expert.
AS A PARTNER.....
You do not have to plan your life and/or your client’s life around what is convenient for the title company.
If you run into a title or closing situation that you are unsure of, we will be there for you and are only a phone call away, anytime. We realize that you don’t work "regular business hours". To help you during that time, TEK TITLE gives you the ability to contact a title professional off-hours to get the title answers you need NOW.
You control when and where your closings are scheduled. If you prefer to close in a more traditional setting, in addition to our main office near O’Hare, we have access to over 20 closing locations throughout the area.
Additionally, TEK TITLE is also a licensed Title Agent in the State of Illinois, giving you the opportunity to expand your business without having to build a new relationship with a new title company.
We will assist you through the process of State regulations in getting your Agency licensed and running.
You set the title charges, after all, you are more familiar with your customer.
You can both maximize your cash flow on each transaction and tailor title costs to each of your clients.
